Hanju ART signs an MOU with BJ Cheol-gu and Quantarium for virtual entertainment

Hanju ART announced that it had signed an MOU for a virtual entertainment business among its subsidiary The Black Studio, BJ Cheol-gu, and Quantarium on 7 month 10 day. The agreement aims to establish a business structure spanning content planning through fan management.

The Black Studio oversees business operations, investment, and management. According to the company, the subsidiary is responsible for production and overall operations.

BJ Cheol-gu (Lee Ye-jun) is responsible for content planning and promotion. The company said it expects the participation of an individual creator to generate initial content exposure and attract fans.

Quantarium is responsible for content distribution and fandom management by leveraging the live notification platform “Lingo.” Through platform integration, it is pursuing the recruitment of live viewers and the acquisition of fandom data.

3The company said it plans to jointly plan and produce virtual idols and virtual creators, and expand the business through live broadcasts, music releases, merchandise, and other offerings. Specific contract terms and the investment amount are expected to be disclosed after separate discussions.
