The competition was held from 11through 12in Vila Real, Portugal, at the International Circuit. The circuit is considered one of the more difficult street circuits because of its narrow track width.
It is characterized by a narrow track width, limited runoff areas, and a complex corner layout. As a result, a high level of driving skill and sustained concentration are required.
Norbert Michelisz of BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse, competing in the touring car class, 12finished first in the second final race held on that day 1to secure the title. The team took the championship trophy through that race.
The company’s announcement materials included news of the victory along with improvements to the vehicle’s performance. The car’s overseas name is the New Elantra N TCR, and its domestic name is the New Avante N TCR.
Hyundai Motor said it counted this result as part of its season record. The company explained that, given the nature of the competition, track conditions and circuit difficulty affect the outcome.
