Nonghyup Bank holds first workshop after acquiring AgileSoDa and accelerates AI agent development
NH Nonghyup Bank held its first workshop after acquiring AgileSoDa for the first time 7in the month of 9~10and discussed identifying innovation tasks based on AI agents and accelerating AI transformation. The bank said it will pursue automation of work and more advanced customer responses through cooperation between the two sides.
After acquiring AI specialist AgileSoDa, NH Nonghyup Bank held its first workshop and began developing AI agents in earnest. The workshop took place over two days, on 7in the month of 9and 10day.
At the event, both sides agreed to jointly pursue the identification of innovation tasks based on AI agents and to accelerate AI transformation. Specifically, they discussed designing and proving AI agents to be applied to the bank's work processes and customer services.
Nonghyup Bank described this workshop as the first official collaboration since the acquisition. AgileSoDa said it would support applications inside the bank based on its experience in AI models and system integration.
The two companies said they plan to enter the demonstration phase based on the workshop results and to prepare a commercialization plan through step-by-step verification. They explained that this schedule is intended to accelerate the bank's digital transformation and AI adoption timetable.
Officials said they will first pursue some of the demonstration tasks and identify additional tasks. The disclosed materials did not include a specific commercialization timeline or cost items.
