Separately, Kolon Global also signed a contract worth1,264hundreds of millions of won for water-supply works at the Yongin semiconductor complex5,076.
IPARK Hyundai Development was selected as the contractor for the Seongnam City Sujeong District Taepyeong3district public-participation redevelopment project and took on construction costs of5,852won. The complex is planned to include24apartment households and auxiliary welfare facilities in2,480buildings. The total planned construction cost was announced as9,003won.
The construction cost for IPARK Hyundai Engineering & Construction was stated as 65% of the total equity, at 5,852billion won, and the company said it would disclose the finalized details again after signing the main contract.
Kolon Global also announced that it secured an equity stake of 3% in the same Taepyeong district and won a contract worth about 35billion won. The contractor selection date is 3,151month 7day, and Kolon plans to disclose the finalized details again after signing the main contract.12.
Kolon said that this order amount accounts for 2trillion 6,844billion won of last year's consolidated revenue, or 11.74%.
On the same day, Kolon Global also signed a contract with the Korea Water Resources Corporation for Lot 1of the integrated water supply project for the Yongin semiconductor industrial complex phase 2. The contract amount is 1,264hundred million 5,076won.
The total construction amount was disclosed as 1,493hundred million 2,725won. The construction period runs from 2026year 7month 30day to 2031year 1month 4day, for a total of 1,620days.
The Yongin project involves building a water conveyance pipeline with a total length of 12.8km and 1integrated pump stations to supply industrial water to the semiconductor complex. Kolon said the contract amount and construction period may change depending on the start and progress of the main project.
