The Mexican subsidiary will mainly produce electronic shift devices, interior and exterior LEDs, and wireless charging modules, while TV power boards will be consolidated at the Ho Chi Minh subsidiary in Vietnam, and home appliance parts at the Thailand subsidiary.

Hansol Technics will set up a new subsidiary in Mexico. It is making a full-scale move into the North American automotive electronics parts market.
The company’s plan is straightforward. Using Mexico as a base, it intends to directly target the North American vehicle market, which is about 1,600 units a year. Starting with the establishment of the subsidiary on 2026year 7month 13day, it plans to focus on electronic shift devices, interior and exterior LEDs, and wireless charging modules.
The key is to shorten distances. With a production line in Mexico, it will be possible to deliver to major customers on the same day, changing logistics costs and response speed. This is the background behind moving part of its domestic facilities to Mexico.
It will also reorganize its Asian bases.
