At a general meeting held on 13, the association approved a motion confirming Samsung C&T as the contractor. Samsung C&T was previously selected as the preferred negotiating party in 1.
The project site covers the area around 725in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, on a site measuring 4ten thousand4thousand106square meters. Its location connects it to the entire Gangnam area via Sapyeong-daero and Seocho-daero.
The complex is designed with 5underground floors and 41above-ground floors.
It will comprise a total of 7buildings, with 928households and neighborhood commercial facilities.
Samsung C&T proposed “Raemian Le Perium” as the new name for the complex. The design will allow views of the Han River and Namsan Tower from the sky community on the highest floor.
The central plaza is planned at approximately 2,300pyeong, with 55community programs, including a fitness center, golf club, and swimming pool. 1The design will also incorporate a top-grade floor structure and seismic resistance equivalent to the highest special grade.
A Samsung C&T official said the company would concentrate all its capabilities to meet expectations, based on the trust of the association members.
